• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We'd prefer guests settle the bill on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has three floors, and 2 lifts. The hotel is located on the first floor and has a private lift for its guests.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Just one room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have. Please ask at reservation.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite tv in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in some rooms at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with a garage and there is an extra cost to pay directly to the garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car close to Florence main train station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The hotel is located at 5 km from the Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have any private shuttle, but from the airport you can take a shuttle called Vola in Bus and arrive at the train main station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is "Duomo" and "San Marco".
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Florence Main Station Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  we only accept small size dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible
