• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 8am until 11pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is usually quoted per room unless a small group need the price per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it can be settled on arrival in cash please.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, spanish, english and french.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors in the building without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are simple, with no frills and quiet. Upon request we have a very quiet room with a little balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, only one room has a small balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, only one room has a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have color TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only the rooms with en-suite bathroom have air conditioning without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an internet point 25m away.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A pubblic garage closed to the hotel with special price for hotel's guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Via Finiguerra, 200m away from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola, 6km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Being right by the main station, all busses stops within 75m from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella, 50m away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we are surrounded by typical restaurants and Trattorie.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
