By train: you will arrive at the santa maria novella main train station. At the end of the tracks take a right, go down the big stairway, take a right again. You will go by a small supermarket "margherita-conad", a small flower shop and the post office. In front of the post office is a pedestrian crossing, use it to cross the street, go towards your right and we are just after the red telephone booth.
Please note that incoming trains which arrive between 11-12 pm. And 6:30 am. Arive at the campo di marte train station. If you should arrive at that train stop, it is best to take a taxi being as buses run far and few between midnight and 5 am
By airplane: the Florence airport is located about 6 kms. From the train station. Taxis charge (according to the traffic hour) about 17-18 euro. You can also take bus # 62 (the orange city bus) which will take you directly to the smn station. In this case please note that, looking at the front of the station, we are on the street on the left side.
By car: coming from north to south, take the firenze-airport exit and follow the signs to stazione and/or centro. The same applies if you are driving from the west or south, always the firenze-aeroporto exit and from the airport follow the stazione-centro indications. Following the signs, you'll eventually come across a big boulevard, viale fratelli rosselli, take the first light to your left which takes you into via guido monaco, there keep on the right side of street, pass the traffic light and the street changes names to via l. Alamanni. Drive on for another 150 mts. And you'll find us on the right side just by a garage which offers a discount to our clients. |
