  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?

  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.

  Yes. Only on request you can have a smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all our rooms have flat - screen TV satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct phone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in our rooms and the price is included.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have the WI-FI system.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only on request and it is on payment.

  Here in Via Cavour, right in front of the main door of the building.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella is the railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.

  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
