• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, Spanish, English, French, Portoguese, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors, with 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of our rooms have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have air conditioning in all our room and it is free of charge. It is available in summertime.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes. We provide ADSL Internet access from all the rooms if the client has a lap-top. But we also have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. It is 30 meters from the Hotel. It is an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Just in front of the Hotel there are more than onerental car shop. The reception staff can help the client in order to find the best solution.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport Amerigo Vespucci
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but it is on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Santa Maria Novella.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we do not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but in the area, clients can find a lot of restaurants and pizzerias.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
