• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 8am until 8pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Optional continental breakfast is served in your room (never included in the room price).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Certainly.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is on second floor.
  We have elevator in the Hotel and in the Dépendance.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have romantic and private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The room don't have balcony, but you will enjoy the amazing view from many window of one the world's most beautiful Cathedral, the Baptistry and the Giotto's Campanile.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, certainly!
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Only the rooms in he Dépendance have the TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the room with private bath have hair condition. There isn't any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Sorry, no.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We don't have a private parking but we have an agreement with a Parking, very near to the hotel and with valet-car service from our hotel to the garage for the price of 24 euro per 24 hours.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Via Maso Finiguerra and Borgo Ognissanti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 metres, in Duomo Square.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella, just 5 minute walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Sorry, no.
