Only a few steps away from the hotel (a one minute walk) you can reach the Ponte alle Grazie: once you have crossed the bridge, you find yourself in the center of the architectural structures and works of art that have made Florence famous all over the world. Or in less than 5 minutes on foot you can arrive at the Ponte Vecchio on the Arno (the oldest bridge in Florence), a mandatory stop on every itinerary in the Tuscan capital. From here it is only a short walk to arrive at two of the most famous Florentine buildings: by going across the bridge you can quickly reach the Palazzo Strozzi or by taking the opposite direction you reach Palazzo Pitti, which is only 300 meters away. The Florentine hotel is only one kilometer away from the Piazza della Signoria, the political heart of the Medieval City and that of today, with its celebrated Palazzo Vecchio, the loggia of the Lanzi family and the fountain of Neptune. From here you can immediately access the Galleria degli Uffizi, designed in 1560 and one of the oldest existing museums, which safeguards precious antique sculptures and paintings of various Italian and foreign masters. The most important religious monuments are also easily within reach for the guests of this three star hotel in Florence: among them the Basilica di Santa Croce (approximately 600 meters away from the hotel), where the greatest names in Florentine art worked and where some of the most celebrated characters from Italian history are buried, among them Michelangelo, Galileo, Machiavelli and Foscolo. One cannot pass up a visit to the Duomo di Santa Maria del Fiore, the result of many years of work that span more than six centuries of history, with the cupola by Brunelleschi and the bell tower by Giotto, the very symbol of Florence. This magnificent cathedral is only one kilometer away from the Florentine hotel and can be reached by following the itinerary for arriving in Piazza della Signoria.
