• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Deutsch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors all reachable by an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, please ask for our rooms located on the river side overlooking our roof terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. Included in the room rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a Wi-Fi connection and an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private garage direct at the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All main rental cars company offices are about 1 Km away from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci (Peretola) - Firenze.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus line 23 - direction south - Bus stop "Lungarno Serristori" a cross the street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes (small ones).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Only Wi-Fi.
