• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is located on the second floor of an ancient building, the elevator is 30 steps after the main entrance of the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room is equipped with a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, most of our rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in each room there is a TV with CNN channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes..
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in all rooms, free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there are 2 garages nearby: Garage Europa and Garage delle Terme.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All the major rental companies are 1 km on foot by the hotel (Avis, Hertz, Maggiore, National, etc..)
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci in Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 50 metres away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella Railway Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
