• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.

  The price is per room.

  Yes and is served in a light and airy veranda.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  On guests' dicretion.

  ground floor, first floor,second floor, third floor with two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms on the garden are very tranquil. Some of them are with view on the Brunelleschi Dome.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are cleaned and windy everyday.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV color and direct telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct line telephone.

  All the rooms have air conditioning with no charge all the year round.

  Very nearby the hotel there are several internet points.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has arrangements with a parking, which is located in the same building. Prices from 22€ to 30 € per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Avis,Hertz,Europcar,Budget offices at 700 mt.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Amerigo Vespucci (Florence), which is about 5 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No sorry.

  In front of the Hotel.

  There is no fitness center in the Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
