• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 11.30pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A full American breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not. You can settle the bill only on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors in the building but the rooms spread out only 2 floors. There is an elevator to reach the main entrance.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room has its own unique style with antique furnishing and finest materials and are very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have an agreement with a garage located few metres far from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Hotel Centrale is 20 minutes driving distance from Florence "A. Vespucci" (Peretola) airport and 1h 30 from Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. Private transfer can be organised for guests with an private company. Otherwise there is a public shuttle service from the city centre to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is few metres far from the hotel in "Via de' Martelli".
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella railway station (700 metres).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, buy only small size dogs and only in the rooms (not on public areas).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we can suggest you "Ristorante Giannino" very near of us offering a special price for our guests.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
