• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English and Spanish
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors in the building and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Our rooms have not a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have both "smoking" and "non smoking" rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the rooms are equipped with direct dialling telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms and it is free of charge for our guests.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is. We have a special agreement with a nearby private garage which is located about 50 meters from our property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car rental offices quite close to our hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" is the nearest airport: about 5 Km from our hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is about 20 mt from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Santa Maria Novella is the nearest railway station, about 200 mt from our property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
