the room and its service are good but the breakfast service is so so ... The hotel locates in an attracting position which is near to the central station and the famous tourist points of Florence. The inner of rooms are quite beautiful with good cleansing and security service.
However the staffs are to learn to be more professional in servicing customers.

I would continue emphasize the proximity to the train station and all the major tourist attractions...........the hotel was close to everthing and it was real important to us ... A good place to stay.....
