• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay your bill when you check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italien, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are located on the second floor with no elevator. There are 20 steps to climb to the reception.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have 3 quiet rooms overlooking a little garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only 1 single room has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is included.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have one Internet point, free of charge for our guests to use.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the city, about 10 minutes walk from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20 metres from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small sized pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
