• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors. There is not elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  In the Hotel there is a big terrace where guests can stay.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is satellite television in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with a public garage in the same street of the hotel (special price for parking for our guests).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please contact our reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport Amerigo Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but near the hotel (5 minutes by walk) the is bus stop for Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  We are in the historical centre of florence, near the Hotel there are bus stops for all destination of Florence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but near us there are many fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, bur there are many good restaurants near the Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
