  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Continental breakfast consists in coffee, tea, chocolate, orange-grapefruit juice, cereal, yoghurt, fruit salad, croissant, bread, butter, jam included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, as you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German, Dutch, French and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building has 6 floors; we do have an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, there are. Kindly notify your preferences when you make the reservation and we will try to meet your requests.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, the rooms do not have any terrace. The roof terrace is on the top floor and can be enjoyed to all our guests.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, the rooms do not have any balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do. Non-smoking rooms are available upon request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a satellite tv with international channels in all rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is air conditioning in all rooms at no extra charge.
    It is individually controlled.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not have any.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking and garage available nearby by extra payment.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Car rentals are within walking distance (Hertz, Avis, Europecar...).
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Florence Peretola airport "Amerigo Vespucci" (8,5 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, but this kind of service can be arranged on request (extra cost).
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Borgo S. Jacopo/Ponte Vecchio, 2 min. walking distance.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Santa Maria Novella railway station (800 m).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is only breakfast service. Our staff will be glad to give you recommendations for lunch or dinner.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not but there are many Internet points nearby.
