• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: is at 2.00 pm.
  Check-out: is at 11.00 am.
  It's possible to leave luggage at the hotel in case arrival is in the morning and departure later than 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are all per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast of coffee adn biscotti and is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, payment is possible at arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English is spoken by almost all of the staff.
  French, German and Spanish only by a few of us.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our building is with 6 floors all served by elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some rooms are on our top floor terrace in a very romantic position. All rooms are facing the two streets around us that are totally pedestrianised.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a roof top terrace for all guests (no private terraces).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only some of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air-conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, at the extra daily rate of Euro 20 including pick-up and delivery service.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental is possible at the various nearby offices that we will be glad to suggest and in case call for you if neccessary.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport "Amerigo Vespucci" in Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request and to be booked in advance with extra fee.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Martelli and Piazza Duomo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Santa Maria Novella" Central Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many good ones in the area that we will be glad to suggest and in case to book.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can
