• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in our room rates.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  There is no problem paying on arrival, although most people usually prefer to pay when they check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is located on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. There is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of the rooms are located away from the streets, all rooms have sound proofed window glass. There are some wonderful views from many of our rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only 1 of our rooms has it's own small terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 1 room.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The hotel is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have LCD flat screen televisions with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have self controlled air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an Internet check point available at reception and every room has direct PC access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, unfortunately not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We work with a local garage who offer valet parking for an extra fee per night.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several car rental companies in the Borgo Ognissanti area, our experience is that it payes to book in advance through the internet to obtain the best rate and be sure to find the right car or van.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Duomo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze SMN.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You do not need a modem, all rooms have ADSL connection.
