• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  At the Check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our hotel has 3 floors and 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet due to the double glazing system.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some superiorrooms have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some superior room have a private balcny.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, some rooms are nonsmoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have satellite colour TV and direct dial telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is working during the summer season. During winter' s season, the heating ssystem is switched on.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a large (20 sqm) open air whirlpool (hydromassage ) Jacuzzi system, with hot water. Is at client's disposal in summer and winter.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking service valet: extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Close to the main Railway Station of Florence or at Pisa/Florence Airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

• Which is the nearest railway station?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
