By train:
Arriving at the central railway station "S. Maria Novella", you can easily reach the hotel on foot; exit from the station on the right side, to "Via S. Caterina da Siena" and at the trafic-light turn to the left to "Via della Scala": you will find Hotel Rivoli after 100 metres on the right side of the street.
By car (coming from north):
Exit from the "Autostrada del Sole" (A1 highway) at "Firenze Nord", then follow the directions to "Viali di Circonvallazione"; you will arrive at "Piazzale di Porta al Prato", then follow the directions to the central railway station "S. Maria Novella"; when you have the station on your left side, turn to the right, to "Via S. Caterina da Siena", and to the left to "Via della Scala". You will find Hotel Rivoli after 100 metres on the right side of the street.
By car (coming from south):

By plane (Florence Airport - Amerigo Vespucci):
The Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci) is located just 3 miles from the centre of town and the Hotel Rivoli. You can take a taxi or the city bus nr. 62. A good alternative is to book through the hotel a transfer, provided with air-conditioned minibus. The transfer will be paid directly to the driver, or at the hotel reception in cash (separate bill).
Car drivers advice
Everywhere inside the centre of Florence parking is reserved to the resident people, that have a special permit to be shown on the car. The Hotel Rivoli offers a garage service, in co-operation with two private garages. The car will be taken and delivered at the hotel without any extra charge.
