• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You must pay upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Depending on the apartment it can be located on the second, third or fourth floor but they all have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our apartments are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Attico has a huge terrace overlooking the Duome.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  On request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments are equipped with colour satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Vigna Nuova has a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the apartments have air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the staff.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence international airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, this service is not available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Depending o the apartment it can be Via Vigna Nuova (bus 22 or 6) for Parione and Vigna nuova Apartments, Via Martelli for Attico and Signoria Apartments (buses 1, 11, 6, 10, 14, 17 and 23).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Santa Maria Novella" Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but the area is plenty of nice restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  This service is only available in Vigna Nuova Apartment.
