• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our generous freshly-prepared (no coffee from vending machines or pastries in cellophane at Il Marzocco!) continental breakfast is included in the price. We offer cereals, yogurt, fruits, hot and cold milk, chocolat, juices, a selection of breads, croissants, cakes, butter, cheese and jams, golden rusks, marmalade. If you have particular dietary (gluten free diet included)requirements or you'd prefer something else for breakfast please let us know beforehand and we will do our best to satisfy you.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the bill can be settled upon arrival, if you wish and all the extras will be charge at your departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Il Marzocco is on the first floor without lift (but only 29 stairs).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet to be in the city center (thanks to the double windows and 3 special glasses for the noisy, we think to have the quiter room in the heart of Florence); rooms are private and very romantic (every rooms and bathrooms have different colours; frescos on the ceilings and old style forniture).
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there is no terrace or courtyard in the rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there is no balcony in the bedrooms. there is only one balcony in the dining room
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are no-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all our rooms have the satellite Tv with 600 international channels free.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have airconditioning in the summer, spring and autumn, which is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  we have the dining room just for breakfast. After breakfast, guests can use it like a living room (not for lunch or dinner).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have in the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is. We have an agreement with an indoor privat parking 1 kilometer far from here, with valet parking service (guests don't have to go there. They will park the car in front of our door and the car-park attendant will pick-up their car here and will delivery here at the daparture day). The cost depends by your car's size.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Either at Florence or Pisa airport or in the city centre. The offices in Via Borgo Ognissanti, Via Maso Finiguerra or Via della Scala (Easy Car), are the closest to Il Marzocco.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport at Peretola is the closest airport (taxis and buses bring you to the city centre) but Pisa airport is also well connected to Florence (bus and train.)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a shuttle service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 30 meters from our door in the same street. In the Train Station Square (4 minutes walking from here) are every public transport: train, city buses; regional, national and international buses.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella, the central railway station, is just at 4 minutes walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't a fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Unfortunately we can't host pets (Marco, the owner, love pets more than himself, but not everybody love pets unfortunately).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't but there are plenty closeby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All our rooms has the DSL connenction by cable.
