• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from Monday to Friday from 8am till 1pm and from 4pm till 8pm. On Sundays only in the mornings.
  Check-out: before 10:30am Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price and consists in bread, croissants, jams and chocolate paste. To drink we offer orange juice or water and a choice between coffee, coffee with milk, tea or chocolate milk.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes heating is included in price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes it is possible to settle the bill upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our receptionists speak Italian, English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are placed at the first floor of the building and there is an elevator to reach us.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet, since they are placed on the inside of the building and done up in the Florentine style which gives the rooms an extremely warm and romantic atmosphere.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a small terrace placed at the entrace of the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in all the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have got telephones in all the rooms with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in some of the rooms and at the reception and it is not seasonal and there is no extra-charge. The other rooms have all got fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We do not have a dining room but we have got a nice terrace where it is possible in the spring and summer season to enjoy a nice breakfast or a drink.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We give internet access to our clients for free.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, ther is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a Garage round the corner which give special discounts to our clients.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask at the reception and they will be delighted to put you in contact with the closest car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport Amerigo Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza della Liberta or Viale Matteotti.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
