• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm (and after 8pm on request), Check Out before 11am.
  Arrival times to be comunicated. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, but is possible to use the kitchen (with extra charge).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German (Deutsch) and French (Français).
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms are on the first floor, while the apartment is on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only the apartment has a garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have a TV, but there are not international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  In the street, you can park for free.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.

  No, you cannot.
