• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. The breakfast is served in a small dining room in winter and outdoors in the garden in the summer from 08.00 to 10.00 am, earlier only on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The paymentof the balance will be effected at the moment of check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartment have a private terrace on the ground floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. A private swimming-pool has been integrated into the beautiful setting, amidst the olive trees with a wonderful view over the Certosa and the Tuscan hills. The pool which has got a size of 7x14 mt is open from June to September (May until October weather permiting).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, I Parigi has a large complementary car park which is at the disposal of guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Pisa or Florence airport. Or at the train station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence: Airport Amerigo Vespucci, about 12 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 10 min. walking distance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella. 15 min. drive.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
