- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 8.30am until 7pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All prices are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
A light self-catering breakfast served in the room (or on the roof top if you're staying at Johlea I)is included in the price. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, it is. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, German, Spanish, Swedish and Hebrew. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Johlea I: 3rd and 4th floor with an elevator Johlea II: 1st floor with an elevator - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, there are. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
A delightful flower-potted terrace with dreamy views over Florence's rooftops is available at Johlea I. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
There are no restrictions in the rooms, but all rooms are fully cleaned and perfumed after every check-out. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
There is a colour TV in all the rooms, but it is not satellite. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, a direct dialling telephone is available in the room. In bound calls pass through the reception, so it is possible to recive calls only during reception opening hours (from 8.30 am to 7 pm). - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Every room have air-conditionning. AC and heating are seasonal. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No, but it is possible to get some food in town and enjoy it on the roof terrace in Johlea I (tables and seats are at your disposal). - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, many Internet cafés are available at a walking distance. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
A private, covered, guarded fee-paying garage is available at 50 meters. - Where can we rent a car?
All major rental companies offices are at walking from the residences. - Which is the nearest airport?
"Amerigo Vespucci" airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not. There is a public shuttle service from the airport to the railway station of Santa Maria Novella running every 30 minutes. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Via Cavour (50 meters): bus line 2. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Firenze Santa Maria Novella. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Only small size pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
