  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price per room per day.

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors - 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the room are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes. some rooms have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. All rooms have direct telephone and satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is in all rooms & public areas. No extra charge is requested.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Outdoor on the roof garden open from June to September (9 am - 7 pm).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, corporate garage close to the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The Hotel can help you to rent a car. You can also rent a car at Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airp.(6 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella Train station (1 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes. Moreover...in summer the Restaurant is open on the Panoramic Roof Garden.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
