SERVICES La Luna Guesthouse is pleased to offer his Guests the following services: - Set of Keys which will allow you to come back at the Guesthouse at any time. - Ironing facilities if requested with not extra charge - Hair drier if requested with not extra charge - Bus/stop of City Ataf Lines N.17/29/30/35 just in front of the main door of the Guesthouse. These lines have a fast frequency Monday to Friday and will take you to the main Train Station Firenze S.M.N. and the City Centre in less then 5 minutes. ( You can buy Bus Ticket at the Reception ). - Presentation of the City of Florence, tips and suggestions to what to visit and what to do according to the Guests length of vacation. - Localisation on the City map of all fast and most interesting walking City routes, Museums, Art Galleries,Teathres,Churches, Historic Sites, dancing Venues and whatever Guests are interested in. - It is possible to book Museums,Theatres,Restaurants,Cars,Bikes,Daily Trips and everything else at the Reception with not extra charge. - Private Transfer To / From City Airport and any other locations under client's request.

| Cancellation Policy | |
Free cancellation can be made up until 7 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 1 night will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
