• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price. We serve a continental Breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating and airconditioning is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, this is the best choice. The bill can also be paid at the end of the accomodation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian,English and Spanish
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has three floor. La Luna Gueshouse is located on the first floor. There is a lift but it cannot be used by those who wants to go on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are silent and very romantic. All our bedrooms have been furnished very carefully according to the Renaissance Florentine tradition.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All bed linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One bedroom only has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with all major international satellite channels.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No. The inn has a direct dialling phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, with no any extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is a Internet point at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, upon request and at a conventioned price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Borgo Ognissanti, 3 minutes walk from the Guesthouse.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Americo Vespucci Airport is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do transfer from airport to City centre on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Porta al Prato bus stop. It is right in front of the Guesthouse.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The central railway station of Firenze S.M.N. Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
