• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. A Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Portuguese and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes. We change them every 3 days.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes. Three rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only one room has air conditioning (seasonal). There is no extra charge for it.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Outdoor parking is available (free of charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes. There is a supermarket 2 km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence - Amerigo Vespucci airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes. On request, we can offer you a private taxi service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  "La Fonte" (700 mt).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
