• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 9pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the daily rate of a room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. Buffet breakfast with coffe milk tea jam honey chocolate yogurt ceral brioches, biscuit tuscany bread and cheese, ham, handmade cakes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  G\round floor and first floor. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen is provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No one has balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No. Each room is provided with a fan.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the swimming pool (10m x 5m) is open from beginning May - mid October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a parking lots inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport of Florence A.Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus stop is at 300 mt. from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The central station of Florence " S. Maria Novella "is at 5 Km from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  On request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
