Coming by car from the A1 highway: exit "Firenze Certosa" and then follow the signs for the city centre up to Piazzale della Porta Romana. Turn right into Via Gusciana and after 600 metres turn right into Piazza Torquato Tasso. Proceed along Via del Leone and then turn left into Via Dell'Orto. Turn right into Via Del Drago D'Oro, we are at number 7.
Coming by train: get off at Santa Maria Novella railway station and then take bus D from Piazza Santa Maria Novella (the bus stop is on the side which overlooks the church). Get off in Borgo San Frediano or in Piazza Verzaia and keep walking in Borgo San Frediano. Turn right into Via Del Drago D'Oro, we are at number 7.
Coming by air: from Peretola airport there is a bus running every 15 minutes up to Santa Maria Novella railway station. Once there follow the above instructions. |
