The propert was very clean and spacious. The hostess was friendly and very helpful. She provided different foods and snacks for me during the stay, and provided information about Florence and lent me an umbrella when it rained.
In short, the place was excellent and provided service beyond that described.

We had an excellent experience with your property. Our hosts were gracious and accomadating. She even went above and beyond to make us reservations at several of the museums in town, and helped us to call home to talk to our children! We were nothing but pleased! It was an excellent choice for our Florence vacation.

simple and beautiful place in the middle of a non-tourist part of the city. Tastefully furnished bedroom with small but beautiful and clean bathroom. The reception and the service was very friendly and we really felt well there. We plan to come again.
