• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, but not in a breakfast room. Each bedroom will be punctually daily supplied with jams, honey, rusks, coffee, tea, biscuits, yogurt, butter. Each room is provided with a coffee maker.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible although You have to check-out the bill on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are at the first floor, we don't have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are very romantic, quiet and especially private. You wiil have a private key of the building.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Two rooms have the terrace on back.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they don't have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are furnished with digital satellite international tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, it is included.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All property has wi-fi connection. You have to use your own laptop.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Car parking is 200 m from Hotel (with extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Yes, you may ask us for advises.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport is the closest one.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, with extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop at 100m in piazza del Duomo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella, is at 800 m from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is il Caminetto Restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can connect your laptop with wi-fi.
