Le Civette offers the following services and facilities to all guests: 6x30 meters swimming pool (open from May to October), barbecue terrace, boutique selling olive oils, selection of wines, private car parking, bocce lane, mountain bikes, self service laundry, PC service and 24 hours Adsl Wi-Fi Internet connection. Every apartment has a front view of country (olive trees) and a private garden area with table to enjoy your meal under the Tuscan sun experience a full immersion environment.
 
Each apartment offers a living room with sofa or sofa-bed and eating area, fully equipped Carrara marble kitchen with dishwasher and grill-microwave, bedroom, bathroom with shower box, independent air conditioning (Magnolia and Giaggiolo) and heating, Satellite television. All apartments include linens, towels and bathrobes as well as other accessories for the bedroom, bath and kitchen. Swimming pool towels are also provided.
