• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes; home made jams, home made cake, fresh fruits, yogurt, Tuscany salami and cheese,caffe, tea, milk, jus, bruschetta.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors and there isn't an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide to change linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a terrace where we have breakfast and where the guests can stay during the day.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  La Trecca.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes telephone, not TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes; no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  On request we cook a Tuscany dinner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We can book a parking very close.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At railway station or airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Approximately 10 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Number 14.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  1,5 km Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  La Squilla room has a Jacuzzi bathtub.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we can cook a dinner on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
