• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodation, Check In from 15 pm, Check Out before 14 pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. We are in any case very flexible with the check-in and check-out times if the rooms is free you can enter or leve it whenever you want and if not we can storage your luggage. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we are not allowed to serve breakfast however we will not let you leave on an empty stomach.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and there is no lift. However the steps of the magnificient stair are quite separated.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very romantic with views of the Duomo. All bedrooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, two of them. The terrace in the mansard is bigger and it is equipped with table and chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only two rooms have a terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, but there is TV in the common areas.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only in Double Room Mansarda. During the summer we can provide fans.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, and it is free of any cost.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  On request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the central station or in Borgo Ognissanti (500 metres away). We will provide you all the necessary information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport Amerigo Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via del Proconsolo or Via Bufalini (buses 14 and 23) depending on the direction.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Santa Maria Novella (900 metres).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there many nice restaurants are nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In the mansard you have wireless internet access.
