They sould put pictures of their rooms. Very lovely. For the 150 euro quoted, i was a little skeptical. The rooms were very clean and beautiful and spacious.

I would recommend any one to stay there. Had friends that paid double at different hotel in florance and their hotel was not as nice.

Breakfast was much better than the average bread and butter fare at similar hotels

Very comfortable, very friendly, and a homely atmosphere. Not in the centre of town but an easy enough walk. We will definitely stay again.

The 1rst night me were put in a room with inadequate cooling. They were kind enough to move us the next day.
We also returned the following weekend and were given the better accomodations at the original price.

The room was on the street and very noisy, but otherwise charming.

Very nice small hotel. Room was small but comfotable and had a beautiful ceiling. Bathroom was modern and very nicely appointed. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was a bit disorganized but quite tasty. Great location--walked to the Duomo and had a wonderful dinner at Aqua Cotta--recommed=nded and reserved for us by the staff. Only bad comment is that is was noisey on the street. All night long you hear the motorcycles and scooters buzz past.

Despite a rather late arrival ( 1.00 am. )reception was warm and helpful.

It was easy to use (even though I am not that computer literate)and being able to see photos and read about the position and features of the hotels meant I could make a relatively informed choice about where to stay.

Good breakfast provided. The heating was better than at some other hotels. However, there is no elevator (fairly common in Italy) so be prepared to walk up several flights of stairs - we were on the top floor.

Spacious and picturesque rooms in a quieter part of Florence. A little bit away from the main tourist part, but still within walking distance of most sites of interest. Pleasant staff and great breakfasts rounded out the experience.

Having no elevator in the building represented a little challenge while moving in/out. Approaching the backdoor parking lot was rather difficult, the gate is sized for motorbike, and not for a decent car.

A nice, historical building that was turned to a hotel. Big, properly cleaned rooms, fancy decoration, and polite, friendly, helpful receptionists. Do not espect modern hotel features though, and breakfast quality is not aligned to the accommodation.

I was told that we would have a period room with fresoes. Instead we were shown to a very basic and plain room in separate building outside with no frescoes and the heating was not turned on so it was extremely cold on arrival.

The breakfast selection was poor - it was difficult to find staff to fill up the hot water flasks for drinks when they ran out.

The receptionist was very helpful about calling a cab very quickly for us.

the day after i arrived there was NO WATER at all for a shower, brushing teeth, or toilet. this was not available at all and we had to check out. they would only give a 5 euro discount for this, which we found unacceptable due to except for the bed we had nothing that we needed in a hotel.

our luggage which had been held for us was initially lost. it had been delivered to someone else's room and took some time to actually find.

At the arrival the person receiving us was not very wellcoming but all the rest of of the personnel was very helpful and friendly

The hotel was charming in its own way, a bit more distant from the center than what we expected. The rather abondant buffet breakfast was a plus. I would recommend the place to my friends.

Charming little hotel, there is a feeling of staying in someone's private home. The frescos on the ceiling are beautiful, and the building itself and the decoration has its charm, though sometimes in a little bit eclectic way. The rooms are spacious and clean and everything works as expected. The buffet breakfast is a big plus. I would recommend the place to my friends even though it is a bit far from the center. At summertime the place must be even better...

When we booked, the published deal included parking. However, on arrival, the reception attendant was hesitant to include parking. After explaining that it was part of the package and showing the relevant documentation which we had fortunately brought with us, the attendant conceded and let us park,free of charge, in the hotel's parking lot.
I think that you should note on your webpage that driving in Firenze can be a stressful experience. The streets can change name 3 times over a few city blocks. Trying to drive and follow directions can be extremely trying.

This hotel was located about a 15 minute walk away from the main attractions of Firenze. On the negative side, this proved somewhat difficult to return to the hotel during riposo. On the positive side, it was very quiet for sleeping at night. By Firenze standards, this hotel offered good value for the money.

The best attendant was by far the young man from Albania. I do not know how to spell his name. He was usually working in the afternoon until 8pm (I think) he was so kind and helpful that I would hold my questions for him until he arrived that afternoon. The main reason for thinking that he was the best was that he always smiled and acted like he wanted to help me not just because he had a job at your hotel. My advice would be to promote him to the manager, for that is how I perceived him.

A great old villa in the style of Florence in the city center. Good value as far as price - be prepared to walk a solid 20 min to the Duomo and the Accademy.

I think the accommodation was overpriced for the rooms. We stayed elsewhere more central with better rooms, for cheaper.
