• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out any time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A sweet or salad breakfast are included in the price.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, it is not possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors with no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Room are quiet, private and romantic. Each one of them has its own unique style and hand made furnishing, with only the finest materials used in the design of each spacious room.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite tv.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning with no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No but we can suggest you a parking or garage available nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please ask the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Locanda dei Poeti is 12 minutes driving distance from Florence Airport and 1h 15mins from Pisa Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, only little and middle size pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
