only 'problem' was breakfest. We didnot get all the product (in detail, we asked for water, and didnot get them). breakfest was served in bar near the hotel. We told the stuff of Locanda dei Poeti about it and they promised to fix it.

I am not sure if it is menetioned, but they havr internet for their geusts. they also serve ,free of charge, cold smal (half liter) mineral water.

This was a nice place to stay - a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of the very centre of Florence. The receptionist was very friendly, and the room was great - clean, with free internet and cable tv (about 2 english channels).

We really appreciated the open concept kitchen that we could get complimentary refrigerated water and beer (!) especially considering how hot it was when we were there in June.
We were not very comfortable walking back to the hotel in the dark due to the location. We took a taxi back to the hotel on both nights just to ensure our safety. Otherwise it was a great little gem that we enjoyed very much! Neat to have the different theme rooms and the complimentary wine was also a very nice touch.
