• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor and 1st floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have rooms on the back (quiet), suites (really romantic rooms!). One room different from the others.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but we have a sitting room and terrace for every guest.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No international channels at the moment and TV only in the suites. The hotel has in any case a TV room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Some rooms have direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Some rooms have air conditioning and it is included but seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have. At the moment we have only one computer (we use to work on it so we ask to everybody to stay not more than 5 minutes). We are planning to put another computer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have two garages both with an extra cost. They do not accept reservation. But we will manage to find a parking for you.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby, we have different choices.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Close to us there is a bus shuttle from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The station with several lines.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella, the central railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a suite with a Jacuzzi for 2 people and soon a sauna will be available.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small, quiet and clean.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but nearby guests can find several very nice restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can do that if you choose a suite, otherwise you can do that on the ground floor where there is a connection.
