  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from midday until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, breakfast is not included in price but available at the Hotel "Adler Cavalieri".
  • Is heating included in the price?
    No, heating is not included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building has 3 floors but the apartment is on the ground floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, very quiet and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Bed, kitchen and bath linen are already provided and included in price. Extra change of linen available at extra cost.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The apartment has a courtyard of about 12 square metres equipped for outdoor meals.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, the apartment has not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a Sat Tv with internatonal channels in the apartment.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is, is is individually controlled and free of charge.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes,we do at the reception of the Hotel "Adler Cavalieri", 20 mts far. from the apartment. Guest can also rent a notebook with wireless fast connection.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is but it is subject to availability and therefore it is worth booking it in advance.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Very close to the apartment there are many rent-a-car companies, 250 mts far.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Amerigo Vespucci, Florence (4 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we do on request (extra charge).
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The railway station is about 250 mts far, there you can find all buses.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Santa Maria Novella, Florence central station (250 metres far).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Yes, detached from the property, just 20 mts far, but available for our guests. The gym is free. Sauna and Turkish bath have an extra cost.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, small pets only, but please advise us at the time of the reservation.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
