Being on the ground floor the apartment is quite dark and gloomy. Also either their floor (marble) had not been cleaned properly or the rugs are too old and dirty --we walked around in the apartment barefoot and ended up with black feet every day.
The apartment would be spacious for 2 people. But once the sofa bed was opened there is little space left to move around in. We were travelling with our teenage daughter and we had to eat our breakfast with one person sitting on the edge of the opened sofabed.
I would not recommend the apartment if there are more that 3 guests or for families with young children.

There was not an electrical outlet in the kitchen for the microwave, which was put on the tiny dining table. We had to remove it to the top of the dresser so that the table can be used for eating.
We had expected the courtyard to be a pleasant place to have breakfast in etc, but it turned out to be a disappointment. It was dark being enclosed by other buildings and has not been taken care of, with not even a plant to look at.
