• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in at 12:00 p.m.
  Check out at 11:00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet Breakfast is included, we serve breakfast from 7:30 to 11:00 a.m.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building have 3 floors, our Hotel is located on 1st floor and elevator is always available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of our room are very quiet (inside the coutyard), private and romantic (all renewed and named by famous renaissance painter, and in each room you will find picture of the artist).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We do not have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  5 of the 15 rooms we have are with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have new Satellite TV Color 21" (big).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We provide mobile airconditioning, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  E-mail is available at reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private garage is available at 20,00 Euros per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental at about 500 metres from Hotel Lombardi.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola at 8 Kilometres away from us. There is a bus from the airport to the central station (3 minutes walking from the hotel).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At S. M. Novella Station (80 metres).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
