| Included/Not Included In The Price | |
Use of the fitness center, with sauna, is included in the price. Parking is not included in the price and costs EUR 20,00 a day. Transfer to and from the airport is not included in the price and costs from EUR 30,00 until EUR 50,00 per transfer. Use of Pay TV is not included and costs EUR 12,00 per unit. Computer rental costs EUR 60,00 a day. Bicycle rental costs EUR 5,00 for half-a-day and EUR 8,00 for a full day.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs EUR 12,00 per person, per day. Until 31 December 2008, breakfast will be included in the room rate. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
In case of late cancellation,we will charge the credit card used for guarantee with 1 night charge as penalty.In case of no-show,we will charge the credit card used for guarantee with 1 night charge as penalty. For reservations related to Pitti Fair (from 11 january 2010 to 14 january 2010 and from 14 june 2010 to 17 june 2010) we apply the following cxl policy: 2 nights before arrival to avoid 1 night charge penalty for late cancellation.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
