Very helpful staff who spoke excellent English. Perhaps give a map of the directions to the hotel from the Railway Station as we had to buy a map to find the hotel. ... Only issue was that the fridge did not work in our room. The room and bathroom were very clean. The Reception staff were very accommodating when we wanted to stay another night - especially letting us stay in the same room.
... Efficient for us to check out but there was a large queue behind us? ... Could give list of events that are happening in Florence for visitors to go to. Does the hotel book tickets for the main attractions? This would have saved us queuing up for the Museum? ... An excellent hotel to stay in and within fairly easy walking distance of the main attractions of Florence.

Very friendly and helpful receptionists. ... Very cosy, very good location, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Quite expensive for what it offerd but compaired to other hotels in Florence, very good value for money.
