• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 9pm, Check Out before 10am. Approximate arrival time has to be communicated at least 24 hours before check-in to guarantee our presence by mail or by phone (mobile). Change of arrival time if not communicated prior will be charged. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental rich breakfast is included in price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and a little bit of Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors we have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes. Bed linen are changed weekly. Towels are dried every day and changed every three days.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, according to Italian law our entire B&B is non smoking in the commune areas as in the rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have a TV in every room but not satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but you can park your car in the Garage Giglio.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Borgo Ongnissanti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza dell'Unità Italiana.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We offer massage facilities with different types of massages.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
