• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, because we offer a self catering accommodation.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Dante & Beatrice apartments are location in a house with three floors and the apartments are located on the third floor, without the lift. Guelfo & Ghibellino apartments are instead both located on the first floor of a little villa.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the apartments are quite and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room in the apartments.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not, but there are some public garages close to the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the centre of Florence or at the station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze Peretola.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Duomo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but the owners of the apartments have a restaurant next to the apartments.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
