• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Our guest can Check in from 2.00 pm and check out time is 12.00am. we can arrange early c/in or late c/out on request.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is per room, breakfast and taxes included.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We have a buffet breakfast and it is included in our rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian,English,French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floor from Downstairs (-1) to 3rd floor (3).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet room (on our garden).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of our rooms have a terrace (please check for availability).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have a balcony (please check for availability).
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes all rooms have TV with English, French, American, German and Spanish channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes the rooms are air conditioned and there are no extra charges.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Each room has it's own modem connection, but at the moment we don't have an internet area.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a few places in our parking (check for availability) otherwise we have a garage service.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Florence Airport is about 6 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can organize a pickup service on request (check our concierge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is one about 100mt from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Florence Central station is about 1.5 km from the hotel, Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but most of our rooms have Hydromassage.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but the property owns a completely renewed restaurant in the historical center.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, all our rooms have modem connection.
