- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, the apartments are self catering. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have 7 floors and two elevators. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Every room is quiet and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linen and towels are provided by us. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some of them. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All the suites has air condition without any extra charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, in the sister Hotel Gallery Hotel Art, across the street. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, external to the apartments. - Where can we rent a car?
At Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport. We can do also do it for you. - Which is the nearest airport?
7 km. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes at an extra cost. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Ponte Vecchio. - Which is the nearest railway station?
2 km. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, but guest cab use the one of the sister proprierty Continentale. - Are pets welcome?
Yes but only small size. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes.
